PBS Has a Great New Show “The Mind of a Chef”

The Mind of a Chef is pure Killer Food

If you are like me you had fallen in love with the TV show No Reservations on the Travel Channel.

Partly because of the crazy awesome food, partly the exotic locations and partly for the wit of Anthony Bourdain as the host.

So, again, if you are like me, you are sad to realize this is the last season of that show. Have NO FEAR.

PBS has picked up a show called “The Mind of a Chef” which is executive produced and narrated by Anthony Bourdain.

The PBS show is an in-depth look at Chef David Chang. The often foul-mouthed, controversial,

and brilliant Chef of Momofuku. The show follows Chef Chang around the world as he travels, gives lectures and shows his unbridled passion for food. The Mind of a Chef is quirky, fun, informative and entertaining.

I hope Anthony Bourdain sees the value of continuing this type of show to do this deep dive into a new Chef in future seasons.
